Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator is an online course offered by the prestigious Yale University. During the course, students learn a framework that can be used to analyze and direct negotiations to improve overall outcomes. Students have the opportunity to participate in mock negotiations to develop skills.
A nine-week program, the course includes modules related to theory, specific case studies and the expert insights of skilled negotiators. Each module includes a series of videos in English and supplemental readings.
Quizzes are given after most modules. For some modules, students will also need to complete short writing assignments and exercises. Those who receive passing grades on all of the work will pass the course.
